I am doing great; I am exercising like crazy and getting fit. My body looks amazing.

Thats nothing I am going to my spiritual practice every day and I am forgiving all wrongs.

Never mind that I am learning for an Open University degree and it is taking all of my time so I can know more.

All are good, any one may be good for you; the balance that is right for you is what is important though.

So everything, and I mean everything, in moderation.

Where you spend your attention is what you will manifest and become; so ensure it has the appropriate balance for where you are truly heading.

If you have lost your heading then look to your compass - settle the needle and find your magnetic north.
