Is Georgia good for a luxury couples’ escape from London?

 My partner and I usually do city breaks in Europe – Paris, Rome, Lisbon – but it’s starting to feel repetitive. We want something with a mix of romance, adventure, and relaxation. Someone mentioned Georgia, which I never even considered before. I’ve seen some photos of mountains and old towns that look amazing, but I don’t know if it’s really set up for a “luxury couples’ escape.” I’d love to surprise my partner with something different but don’t want to risk a trip that feels disorganised or too rustic. Has anyone done Georgia as a couple’s premium trip?
