Although interaction designers are not the most b2b data direct proposers of requirements, they should participate in the entire process of request proposal - this process may require offline research, online data analysis, competitive product analysis and other processes.

In the whole process of demand generation, you need to understand why each demand point is excavated, and what problem does the demand solve for the user in what scenario, which is very important for your later output information structure, user process, etc. help.

What we need to do is to produce the most reasonable and most recognized solution under so many constraints.

This is also a condition often seen in recruitment: "Have a big picture view and find a balance under complex constraints".

The plan has been produced and needs to be approved by everyone.

At this time, you need to conduct an interactive review meeting, try to pull all the people involved in the project, and explain your plan to them.

Among them, there will also be colleagues who have different opinions on your plan. You should record the good suggestions and reconsider the evaluation after the meeting; for the opinions with obvious understanding deviations, you need to explain the design starting point and correct his point.

If it goes well, your plan should be accepted by everyone after the meeting. Only then will the real plan be implemented, and the project will enter the next stage.
