He must be able to handle the different cultures and make sure the blacks in the community feel comfortable and not intimidated.

I know as a black person you are subjected to all kinds of insults and jokes, but being a black man in your position is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. You have to take the insults and not be offended but keep a level head and act accordingly. You should be just as good a man as white police officers, but you cannot afford to make the same mistake.

Things happen for a reason! As a child, you learn to live with people but as you grow up and learn to be more independent, you become more selfish and that's when conflict starts. This is why you have a Black President now because he is more mature and is ready to lead the U.S.A. than the other 3 candidates. We blacks are selfish but a real leader has to be humble and willing to accept the faults of others because if he can't do that, he won't be a true leader! A real leader doesn't want to be another person's puppet!

Blacks need to sit down and talk to police officers. If they don't like the way the police are acting, then their only option is to take their business elsewhere, because if they don't like the treatment they are receiving from the police, they can get it elsewhere.
