I’m looking to buy a busy board (sensory board) for my toddler and hoping to find something that’s both high quality and reasonably priced. There are so many options online, but I’m having a hard time figuring out which ones are really safe and durable, especially since these boards will be handled by little hands all day long. I want something that’s made from eco-friendly materials and painted with non-toxic paints, ideally inspired by Montessori principles, so it’s not just a toy but also something educational that helps develop fine motor skills. Also, since I live in Europe, I’d prefer something with reasonable shipping costs and not too complicated customs. Does anyone have recommendations on where to find a good busy board? Have you had good experiences with any particular sellers or websites? I want to avoid cheap, poorly made products but also can’t spend a fortune. Would love your insights! Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi everyone, I’m currently exploring options for building a residential property in Balham and was wondering if anyone here has experience working with local architects or could recommend a firm that really knows the area. Balham is such a dynamic neighborhood — great transport links, vibrant high streets, and a mix of architectural styles. That said, space can be quite limited, especially with the smaller gardens and tighter plots, so I’d love to work with architects who truly understand how to make the most of what's available — both in terms of design and functionality. If anyone has worked with a firm that handles planning permissions smoothly and really knows how to bring residential visions to life in Balham, I’d really appreciate the tip!
