Where is the time going?

What is a schedule? Are you using one?

A schedule is the means of setting intent for where we will put our time and focus So that our time is valued and used with recognition of how privileged we are to have this amazing opportunity to make a difference

It's our choice on exactly where we want to be and head Without a schedule our journey will be heavier and take a longer route, maybe getting lost too far off track along the way

A schedule is not a constraint, it is an aid

There are many techniques and tools for scheduling; it does not need to be overly complicated. However like anything where you want to maximise your changes of reaching your goal then this is a key item that you need to have in your kitbag.

Test ways that work for you.

Spend time each week, and each day using this to set your direction and ensuring you are being the best you can.

Enjoy this task of scheduling as it means you are getting time for EVERYTHING that you want.

Use your time wisely, and make a difference.

Totally feel this time can slip away so easily without some kind of structure. I used to avoid schedules thinking they were restrictive, but once I started planning even loosely, things got clearer and less overwhelming. Whether it was tackling academic stuff or handling my ESA process through Paw Tenant, just having a simple routine helped me stay grounded and get things done with less stress. Definitely worth trying different methods to find what sticks for you.

Hey, this really spoke to me. I used to think schedules were just about being strict, but lately I’ve realized they’re more about clarity knowing what matters and making time for it. I’ve been juggling work, life, and classes, and at one point I had to seriously reevaluate how I was managing my time. Honestly, there were days I had to pay someone to do my online class just to keep from falling behind. It wasn’t about avoiding responsibility it was about asking for help when I truly needed it. Tools and support can make a real difference when you’re trying to stay on track.

I really felt that. Lately, I’ve been in the same boat no matter how early I kick off my day, it seems to slip away in an instant. One night, completely exhausted, I started searching for tips on how researchers juggle all this, and that’s when I stumbled upon some manuscript journal publication services. They actually help you concentrate more on your ideas rather than just the nitty-gritty of format and structure. It wasn’t a miracle, but it definitely lifted some of the pressure off…
